Since its very first edition, the Coudenberg Sound Box Fest (CSBF), held at a renowned archaeological site near Brussels, has brought together an internationally renowned ensemble and young emerging groups selected by a jury for an evening of music. It is in this spirit that CSBFNextGen2025 is being launched, a new programme and competition designed to select the winning ensembles that will participate in the next CSBF. The call for applications is now open. It is exclusively for professional music ensembles under the age of 30. After the applications have been reviewed by a jury of renowned experts, four promising ensembles will be selected. These young artists will benefit from a tailor-made professional development programme, providing them with useful tools to develop their careers and strengthen their artistic identity. The jury of experts will evaluate the four ensembles and select a winner. The results will be announced on 14 December. Deadline for applications: 30 September 2025.
