The Spanish group El Gran Teatro del Mundo, directed by harpsichordist Julio Caballero Pérez, has quickly established itself as one of the most promising ensembles of its generation. Founded in 2016 and awarded a Diapason d’Or in 2022 for its debut recording Die Lullisten, the ensemble is already a guest at leading international festivals, specialising above all in the treasures of the French Baroque.
