Created in 2016, Jeroen Verbruggen’s BA\ROCK returns to Geneva at the Opéra des Nations for an exceptional recording. Two acts — Iris and Vena Amoris — where baroque virtuosity collides with contemporary pulses, where set and light sculpt the body as much as the music. This performance offers our readers an intense immersion, freed from narrative constraints, devoted to pure emotion and the play of shadow and light.
