The Midsummer Festival celebrates the beauty of summer days with a program that gives pride of place to French and British repertoires.

Since 2010, the Midsummer Festival has taken place in northern France, more precisely at the Château d’Hardelot with its all-wood Elizabethan theatre, inaugurated in 2016. An event held during the summer solstice—hence its name, which is also a tribute to Shakespeare and his A Midsummer Night’s Dream. A French festival, but one that looks toward Great Britain.
