Nature and Music Unite at La Chapelle sauvage in Lyon

A look back at La Chapelle sauvage, an unconventional festival celebrating nature and marking the 300th anniversary of the first edition of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. Conceived by Franck-Emmanuel Comte and his ensemble, the event featured two bold reimaginings of the iconic work: Max Richter’s acclaimed Recomposed, heard here in a chamber version, and a striking reinterpretation by Danish composer Karl Aage Rasmussen, performed by Le Concert de l’Hostel Dieu with slam poet Mehdi Krüger.
